Terms of Service

Inzuno is an online real estate marketplace connecting property buyers, sellers, renters, and agencies in Rwanda. We provide a platform for listing and discovering properties — we are not a real estate agency and do not participate in property transactions.

To use Inzuno, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Have the legal authority to post any property you list
• Comply with all applicable Rwandan laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@inzuno.be if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When posting a property listing, you agree that:

• You are the owner or authorised representative of the property
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Photos uploaded are genuine photos of the advertised property
• The asking price is realistic and in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
• You will promptly update or remove the listing when the property is sold or rented

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules, contains false information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Free tier: All users may post up to 5 listings at no cost.

Premium subscription: Agencies may subscribe to Premium for 1,000 RWF per month, unlocking unlimited listings and additional features. Payment is processed manually via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or bank transfer. Activation occurs within 24 hours of payment verification by our team.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Inzuno reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

You must not use Inzuno to:

• Post fraudulent, duplicate, or spam listings
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Scrape, copy, or republish platform content without permission
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our systems
• Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Harass or threaten other users

All platform content created by Inzuno (design, code, branding, text) is owned by Inzuno and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload (photos, descriptions) remains yours — by posting it you grant Inzuno a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

Inzuno provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not verify the accuracy of listings posted by users and are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in listing content. We strongly advise users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inzuno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any losses arising from property transactions facilitated through the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
